  I am originally from Las Vegas. A place where you can literally fry an egg on the sidewalk in the summer and the interior of your vehicle gets so incredibly hot during the day that people have tried to bake chocolate chip cookies on the dash board in their cars. This white loaf bread makes wonderful toast and sandwiches.  It has a very slight sweet taste and freezes well. White Loaf Bread Prep Time-15 minutes to mix and knead. 2 hours to rise.
